The most common failure in modular furniture is delamination — where the surface peels away from the board. This usually happens because of moisture, heat, or poor adhesive quality. At SurajWood, we have solved this through science.

The German PUR Edge

Unlike traditional 'white glue' or contact adhesives used in local workshops, we use German PUR (Polyurethane) Hotmelt at our Bahadurgarh factory. This is a moisture-curing adhesive that creates a permanent chemical bond between the acrylic and the MDF.

Heat & Humidity Resistance

Once cured, PUR adhesive does not re-melt. This means even if your kitchen reaches 45°C+ in a North Indian summer, or faces 90% humidity in Mumbai, the bond remains absolute. This is why we can offer a 5-year zero-delamination guarantee.

Flat-Lamination Precision

Our automated lines apply pressure and temperature with micron-level accuracy, ensuring a mirror-smooth surface without the 'orange peel' effect common in manual lamination.
